Amy Chang is a resident senior fellow for Cybersecurity & Emerging Threats at R Street Institute.
Amy was formerly an Executive Director for Global Cybersecurity Operations at JPMorgan Chase, where she worked to protect the firm against cyber attacks. She helped develop and implement an intelligence-driven framework for approaching JPMorgan’s cybersecurity defense.
Amy was also formerly the Staff Director of the Asia and the Pacific Subcommittee at the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs. She was responsible for federal oversight and legislation on political, security, and economic issues in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
She is a graduate of Harvard University JFK School of Government and Brown University. Amy was also an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve.
