Allison Batten is a Chair, Non-Executive Director and Business Advisor with 25+ years experience leading strategy, transformation and growth across retail, financial services and consumer businesses. She is a Non-Executive Director of Dusk Group (ASX: DSK), a Director of Hume Bank and Chair of its People & Culture Committee, and former Chair of Geelong Bank, where she led the bank's merger with Hume Bank. Allison chairs the AICD Barwon South West Regional Forum and is an experienced Audit & Risk Chair. Her executive career included senior leadership roles with Target Australia and The Reject Shop (ASX: TRS). She has led major technology, digital and business transformation programs. For the past decade she has advised CEOs and executive teams on strategy, transformation and value creation.
