Alicia Grasfeder

Alicia R. Grasfeder is the Assistant General Auditor in the Internal Audit Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President and Senior Director at Citizens Financial Group, where she led a front-line technology risk assessment and testing function. She has a wide range of audit, compliance, corporate governance, and enterprise risk management experience with Citizens and other organizations, including the Talbots, Inc., State Street Corporation, Sun Life Financial and Deloitte. Grasfeder is a CPA and CISA. She has earned an executive master’s in cybersecurity from Brown University and a BS in business administration with a concentration in IT from Marist College. Grasfeder is a member of the Dana Farber Women’s Executive Council.
