Alexandra Seymour serves as the Staff Director for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection Subcommittee on the House Committee on Homeland Security. In this role, she leads policy priorities that include cybersecurity, critical infrastructure security and resilience, cyber workforce development, and regulatory harmonization. She is also the President/co-founder of the Congressional Staff Association on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Her prior experience includes serving on the US Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation; the National Security Council staff; and in the Pentagon. In addition to her government service, she researched technology issues at the Center for a New American Security and was Chief of Staff at CalypsoAI, an AI security startup.
