Will Middleton is the Cyber Director at the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. He is responsible for leading the UK’s international policy, programmes and people to deliver the UK’s National Cyber Strategy. Before taking up the role in June 2020, Will was Additional Director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Will has worked for the British Government in Pakistan, Spain and the US. Prior to joining the FCDO in 2002, he worked as a business journalist with the Sunday Times. He graduated with a BA in History and a Master of Philosophy in International Relations from Oxford University.
