Sunita Patel

Sunita Patel is Senior Assistant General Counsel for Product Security at Micron, where she drives strategies to secure advanced memory and storage technologies shaping our digital future. With 18+ years in cybersecurity, supply chain security, and national security, she influences global security dialogue by connecting law, policy, and technology to address emerging threats and enable innovation. Previously, Sunita served at the White House Office of the National Cyber Director and held roles in other US Government agencies. She is a Member of the ABA Standing Committee on Law and National Security and earned her JD from Syracuse University.
