Stephen Davis

Lt. Gen. SL Davis is the Inspector General of the Department of the Air Force. Lt. Gen. Davis began his Air Force career in ICBM operations as a missileer. Since then, he has held positions with Air Force Space Command, the Air Staff, US Strategic Command, the Joint Staff, and the National Nuclear Security Administration. He has served as commander of the 91st Missile Wing at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota, and the Director of Global Operations (J3) of US Strategic Command. In his current role, he is the executive agent and provides oversight for the DoD’s Defense Cyber Crimes Center (DC3) and the Air Force’s Office of Special Investigations.
