Sofia Martinez Gomez is a cybersecurity and technology expert at AlixPartners, where she helps organizations navigate their most complex challenges during critical moments. In her current role, she guides clients toward cybersecurity and privacy excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Leveraging on her technical background, she specializes in digital transformation and redesigning operating models to improve performance and resilience. Sofia is also an active member of the Geneva Dialogue—a public–private initiative led by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs—working toward responsible behavior in cyberspace. Before joining AlixPartners, Sofia led the global product security and privacy function at Roche Diagnostics.
