Shari Gribbin

Shari Gribbin is a lawyer and business leader with 22+ years of cross-functional expertise working across cyber, security, operations, governance, legal, and regulatory. As Managing Partner with CNK her day-to-day practice focuses on helping clients with a broad spectrum of cyber and supply chain security challenges. Before CNK, Gribbin spent 15 years at Exelon, most of it in a dual role as a corporate compliance lead and head counsel for cyber/security across all assets. Gribbin then moved to Deloitte & Touche, where she spent five years as a Senior Manager working across Cyber Risk and Regulatory Advisory. She has served as an several interagency cyber and industry initiatives. She led the development of the 2020 APPA Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management Manual for the public power sector.
