Rick Grinnell is Founder and Managing Partner of Glasswing Ventures, investing in AI-native security and enterprise infrastructure. An experienced venture capitalist and operator, Rick has invested in dynamic security companies and serves on boards including Allure Security, Black Kite, Cydelphi, Nametag, Realm.Security, Sigma Automate, and Trustle. Notable prior investments that have exited include Digital Guardian (HelpSystems), EqualLogic (Dell), Prelert (Elastic), Resilient Systems (IBM), TrackVia (Primus Capital), and VeloBit (Western Digital). Rick serves on MIT's Educational Council, advises at Harvard Business School's Rock Center and the MIT iHQ, and is a Board Member of MIT Sandbox and the Advanced Cyber Security Center.
