Mike Jenkins is the Secure Protocols Team Lead for NSA's Center for Cybersecurity Standards. In this position, he applies his expertise to the challenges of post-quantum cryptographic transition, while mentoring a new generation of crypto-mathematicians and computer scientists to define what National Security will mean in a post-quantum world. Mike started his career in complex systems engineering automation as a US Navy civilian. He then moved to the NSA to play a critical role in the Department of Defense's transition from symmetric to public key management and laying the foundation for the use of commercial standards in US National Security Systems.
