Michael Alicea

Michael Alicea has galvanized internationally dispersed teams to deliver outstanding performances throughout mergers and divestitures, private to public transitions, reorganizations, business model and work culture transformations, and crises. He leads the people-focused cyber organization while also serving as a public board member at Emerald Expositions. Prior to Trellix, Michael was Chief People Officer at NielsenIQ where he headed all HR activities for a workforce across 100+ countries. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College and completed graduate courses in Human Resources Management and Business Policy. He also completed the Nielsen Global Leadership Program in Mumbai, India and is a recognized champion of inclusion, diversity, and equity.
