Matt Tolbert is Senior Risk Specialist for cyber and operational risk at the Federal Reserve. He helps develop the Federal Reserve’s large bank cybersecurity supervision program as well as FFIEC information security supervisory guidance. He leads supervisory cyber risk examinations of the nation's largest banks, and notably developed as well as co-led the Federal Reserve’s nationwide Coordinated Cybersecurity Continuous Monitoring (CCCM) program during the COVID-19 pandemic stress environment. Matt joined the Federal Reserve in 2018, bringing over 20 years of expertise in information security and operational risk management. He has served as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as held CISO and other leadership roles at several large institutions.
