Manish Gupta

Manish Gupta is the Director of Global Cybersecurity Services at Starbucks. His responsibility includes global strategy, product management, and operational execution for Identity and Access Services at Starbucks. Manish is driving the adoption of passwordless and behavioral authentication solutions to save thousands of hours in labor and improve zero trust maturity at Starbucks. Prior to Starbucks, Manish was the Sr. Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) at Publix Super Market, where he built IAM and Cybersecurity organization from the ground up. Before Publix, Manish created IAM solutions at American Express, Ameriprise Financials, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, and Deluxe Financials. Manish has a B.Tech. from IIT BHU, Varanasi, and believes in continuous learning. He holds certifications for Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
