Maksym Darkin

Described by USAID administrator Samantha Power as the e-governance expert at USAID’s Kyiv Mission, Maksym Darkin serves as Digital Development Advisor at USAID Ukraine, overseeing the implementation of a portfolio of large scale digitally-driven economic growth, anti-corruption and cybersecurity projects in Ukraine. Maksym received his Bachelor's degree with honours from Carleton University in Canada and a Master's of Science in Public Administration from Leiden University, the Netherlands.
