Lillian Teng

Lillian Teng is the Senior Director of Cyber Intelligence at Capital One. A graduate of Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service (Go Hoyas!), she joined NCIS as a Cyber Special Agent in 2003, serving in both the Middle East and Asia. In 2011, she left NCIS and joined Booz Allen Hamilton where she worked supporting multiple teams at the FBI’s Cyber Division. After 10+ years in US government service, Lillian decided to try her hand at private sector life and joined Yahoo as one of the first members and eventually leader of the Advanced Cyber Threats team, and was subsequently promoted to Director of Threat Investigations. In February 2022, Lillian joined Capital One in her current role and was elected to the board for LEAP, a non-profit focused on leadership advancement for the API community.
