Kristopher Kleiner

Kris Kleiner focuses his practice on data privacy and information security. He has extensive experience advising clients across multiple industries on various data privacy and protection issues, including working with clients to help achieve compliance with an expanding and complex legal privacy landscape; identifying, remediating, and responding to data privacy incidents; responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations; developing, implementing and training related to incident response planning policies and procedures; and conducting data privacy due diligence in corporate transactions. Kris earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional for the United States (CIPP/US) credential from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
