Kate Burkhardt

Kate Burkhardt, VP at YL Ventures, supports the growth and US expansion of the firm’s portfolio companies. Based in New York, she strengthens the firm's east coast relationships, conducts thorough market research to identify and assess investment prospects and works closely with portfolio companies on their customer pipelines. Previously, she held investment roles at 645 Ventures, Tribeca Venture Partners, MetaProp and Astia. She oversaw geographic expansion and new business launches at Compass. She also served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank, offering advisory services in debt, equity and M&A for industrial clients. Kate holds an MBA with honors from Columbia University and graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College.
