Karen Wetzel

Karen Wetzel joined NICE as the Manager of the NICE Framework in October 2020. She specializes in engaging stakeholders and community members to identify, communicate, and develop guidance around key issues, emerging trends, and opportunities of special interest. Prior to joining NICE, Karen was Director of the Community Groups and Working Groups programs at EDUCAUSE, focusing on issues such as IT workforce development, organizational change, and digital transformation, and Standards Program Manager at the National Information Standards Organization.
