Julie Kadish

Julie Kadish is Co-Lead Associate for the Privacy and Cybersecurity team at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton. Her practice focuses on guiding companies on how to lawfully collect, use, and share information. This work includes conducting gap assessments, strategizing on remediation plans, and helping implement compliance measures as companies develop privacy and data security programs. She reviews products and services for privacy implications, drafts various types of disclosures, terms, and policies. On the data security side, she helps companies with preparedness efforts and incident response. She also guides companies through regulatory investigations into privacy and data security matters. Her background experience includes working in-house at a technology startup.
