Jessica Smith leads Clients Services at AllClear ID Health. Over the past 15 years, she developed a passion for building solutions to help clients and their businesses and improving client satisfaction. Jessica joined AllClear ID in 2013 managing client operations for breach, implementing thousands of successful responses. She played an integral role in scaling the team and establishing a culture of excellence in client services. In 2019, Jessica and her team were part of an acquisition to Experian. Here, she provided full-scale program management for breach response client services and operations. At Experian, Jessica grew the team and operations to support record revenue growth. She earned her Master’s in Cybersecurity from St. Mary’s University in 2020.
