Graham Harwood

Graham Harwood is a Professional Staff Member on the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform under Ranking Member Robert Garcia, covering national security, foreign policy, cybersecurity, economics, and government operations. Prior to his career in policy, Graham worked as an engineering lead, systems reliability engineer, software engineer, and quantitative analyst for trading firms and banks. His academic research includes cybersecurity, national security, economic, financial, and foreign policy issues. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Cornell University in Information Science, Systems, and Technology from Cornell University and a Masters in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
