Olga Livingston is a Senior Economist leading the cyber economics portfolio for Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Olga's background is in Econometrics with extensive experience in modeling and risk analysis. Her current work supports analysis of the benefits of the cybersecurity investment, cost of cyber incidents, effectiveness, and justifiability of potential mitigations, as well as barriers and catalysis for technology adoption. Olga is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and holds bachelor and master's degrees in industrial management and economics from Chernihiv National Technological University, Ukraine; a master of international management from Whitworth University; and a PhD in economics from Oregon State University.
