Dr. Brian Gant

Dr. Brian Gant earned his Bachelor's in Information Systems from Maryville University, followed by a Master's in Management from Fontbonne University, a Master's in Human Services from Capella University, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Maryville University. He then joined the FBI as an Intelligence Analyst, specializing in cyberthreats and domestic terrorism. He served until 2009 before becoming a Special Agent at the US Secret Service. Over five years, he protected former Presidents Obama and Clinton, managed critical systems, and tackled electronic and cybercrimes. In 2020, he joined Maryville University's Simon School of Business as a full-time Assistant Professor and is now serving as Associate Dean of Technology.
