Douglas White is Technical Director for the USAID Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure in Ukraine Activity since 2021. Prior to his engagement with USAID, he initiated the the cybersecurity practice at CRDF Global, which began cybersecurity programming in Ukraine under the Department of State in 2018. He has spent considerable time in Ukraine, developing partnerships and beneficiary relationships with the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSSCIP), multiple technical universities and private sector players across the country. Currently studying for his CISSP, Mr. White holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelors from the University of Pittsburgh.
