Dominique Calder is a Virginia Beach native with over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity. During her tenure, she was challenged to improve the security postures in government spaces. Her knowledge and expertise eventually led Dominique to become a founding member of TikTok's Digital Forensics and eDiscovery team. Dominique is also a PhD candidate at George Mason University and was recognized by GMU with the inaugural Trailblazer award for her academic research and advancement of the university’s mission in socially conscious engineering. She also received the honorable mention award from the National Center for Women in Technology. Dominique has been invited to teach internationally, presenting on topics in digital forensics in Germany and Lesotho, Southern Africa.
