Dirce Hernandez

Dirce E. Hernandez is a cybersecurity, risk, and governance leader with 19 years of experience across healthcare, financial services, and other highly regulated industries. He currently works in the healthcare sector, leading enterprise cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives. He previously spent a significant portion of his career in financial services, supporting banking and insurance organizations and serving in leadership and working group chair roles within FS-ISAC. Dirce is an active Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) contributor and reviewer and is also a leader of the cybersecurity non-profit, Raices Cyber. His current focus includes AI security, risk, and governance, helping organizations adopt AI responsibly while maintaining regulatory readiness.
