David Luber

Mr. David P. Luber is the former Director of the National Security Agency’s Cybersecurity Directorate and served as the Deputy National Manager for National Security Systems (NSS). In this capacity, he led efforts to prevent and eradicate threats to US National Security Systems and critical infrastructure. Previously, David served as Deputy Director of the Cybersecurity Directorate and was the Executive Director (ExDIR) at United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), the highest-ranking civilian and third-in-command at USCYBERCOM.
