Cynthia Cwik

Cynthia Cwik has extensive experience resolving issues at the intersection of law, science, technology, and business. She has served for twenty years as a partner at two global law firms, Jones Day and Latham & Watkins, where she represented clients in complex matters involving science and technology issues. She has served as a Stanford Fellow, where she focused on cutting-edge technology and corporate governance. She is a past Chair of the ABA Section of Science & Technology Law and past President of the Executive Committee of the Yale Law School Association. She is a frequent author and lecturer on technology issues. She is co-editor of the book The Internet of Things: Legal Issues, Policy, and Practical Strategies (2019). She is a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School.
