Craig Lisher

Craig Lisher is Senior Legal Counsel for Cybersecurity at Salesforce, where he advises on AI risk, cybersecurity strategy, and legal issues impacting the company’s Government Cloud. A 21-year FBI veteran, he served as Special Counsel to the National Security Branch and Deputy Chief of Staff to the Acting Director. He served on the FBI Director’s Committee on AI, shaping national security policy on emerging tech. Craig teaches Intelligence and Counterterrorism Law at Antonin Scalia Law School. He brings decades of experience at the intersection of law, technology, and national security, bridging AI policy, legal risk, and public-private threat response.
