Christopher Hale

Christopher Hale is Executive Director and Associate General Counsel for Cybersecurity at Raytheon Technologies, where he advises on cybersecurity-related law and policy matters. Previously, he served as a cybersecurity attorney at Microsoft, an attorney-advisor in the U.S. Department of Justice's National Security Division, and an associate with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Hale is a Vice Chair of the ABA Public Contract Law Section’s Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Data Protection Committee. He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy. He received a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
