Chris Krebs is a Founding Partner of the Krebs Stamos Group, a technology and geopolitical risk management firm. Chris was the first director of the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the nation’s civilian cyber defense agency. He is the Newmark Senior Fellow in Cybersecurity at the Aspen Institute where Chris is the Co-Chair of the Aspen Institute’s Cybersecurity Working Group. Prior to CISA, he led Microsoft’s US cybersecurity policy efforts. Chris is a CBS News contributor and a Resident Scholar with the University of Virginia Center for Politics. He serves on the advisory board of SentinelOne and chairs Rubrik’s CISO Advisory Council. He graduated from the University of Virginia and holds a JD from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University.
