Caroline Tsay is a Board Member and CEO with deep experience scaling enterprise software and consumer internet businesses. She serves on the boards of The Coca-Cola Company, Morningstar, Semrush, and NiCE, and advises venture-backed startups on AI adoption, product strategy, and go-to-market execution. She was Co-Founder and CEO of Compute Software, an agentic AI cloud optimization company. Previously, she was VP and GM of Software at HP Enterprise and led product for Yahoo! Search, AI, and E-Commerce. She began her career at IBM Global Services and has been recognized as one of WomenInc.'s 2025 Most Influential Women Corporate Board Directors, National Diversity Council's Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology, and Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.
