Brian Posner

Brian Posner is the Managing Partner of Point Rider Group LLC, a firm that provides consulting and financial advisory services to senior executives and boards of financial, healthcare, technology, and other services-related companies, as well as institutional investors that make direct or control investments in those sectors. Brian currently serves as a director of Arch Capital Group (ACGL), a Bermuda-based (re)insurance company, and Executive Chair of Fika Community Ltd., a private, UK-domiciled wellness/health-tech company. He previously served as Chair of Bioverativ (BIVV), a biotech company, and the AQR Funds, a US-based asset management group. He was also a director of Biogen (BIIB) and Sotheby's (BID), among other public and private companies. He is currently a Charter Trustee of Northwestern University, co-Chair of the Board of Visitors at Northwestern's Weinberg College of Arts & Sciences, and serves on the Advisory Committee of the Center for the Study of Diversity and Democracy at Northwestern.
