Bradley Brooker

Brad Brooker is a Partner at Holland & Knight's Washington, DC, office, where he is a member of the firm's Public Policy & Regulation Group and National Security & Defense Industry Group. Brad focuses his practice on matters related to data privacy, technology, and national security. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Brad served as General Counsel for the FBI and as Deputy General Counsel, led the National Security and Cyber Law Branch. Previously, he worked in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), where he served as the Principal Deputy General Counsel and for three years acting General Counsel.
