Ashwani Mahajan

Ashwani Mahajan holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from NYU (2017) and has been working in the security field since 2015. He started his career focusing on penetration testing and secure design, which laid the foundation for his transition into broader application and product security. He joined SoFi in 2020, where he led the Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) program for two years. Currently, he manages the TVM team, where he focuses on automating and scaling vulnerability management processes, implementing contextual risk-based prioritization, and driving measurable improvements in remediation efficiency across multi-cloud environments.
