Alexander Lee is a Senior Professional Staff at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab. His research interests include developing test, evaluation, and assurance capabilities to secure supply chains for artificial intelligence (AI) models. He is a co-principal Investigator for developing a security-centric AI bill of materials (AIBOM) construct and AI Risk Scanning (AIRS) Framework. He has served as a security assessor for cloud service providers in support of the FedRAMP program, a system architect with security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) tools, and project lead for development of cybersecurity research roadmaps. He holds a Master and Bachelor of Science in Systems and Information Engineering from the University of Virginia, as well as a CISSP certifications.
