This year, registration will be held in both Moscone North and Moscone South Lobbies.

Expo Plus Pass
Get ready to sample the best of RSAC with our new Expo Plus Pass. Access Conference musts like keynotes (many more this year across two stages!) and the main Expo Hall, “plus” explore our innovation programs, All-Access Seminars, and select Special Events.

Advanced Sessions Are Easier to Find

We offer three different session classifications focused on principles and concepts that are aligned with your experience: General Interest (All), Intermediate (5+ years) and Advanced (10+ years). Type any one of these terms into the keyword search bar of our sessions page to display sessions of your chosen classification. Or while you're browsing, watch for the gear icon to indicate Advanced sessions.

Renovated Moscone Center
Moscone Center construction will be officially complete for RSAC 2019. Enjoy the Expo in one contiguous space, a covered pedestrian footbridge between Moscone North and South, and more! 

Prayer Room
A prayer room for attendees and staff will be available at Moscone North 114.

Safe Walk Program
Working in conjunction with San Francisco Travel, increased patrols will take place in and around hotels not serviced by RSAC bus routes.

Changes to the RSAC Advisory Board
We have added nine respected members from diverse professional and individual backgrounds to our Advisory Board as a way to expand the Board’s relevancy to the entire cybersecurity community.

Programs and Events

Tuesday, March 5 and Wednesday, March 6
CISOs carry the weight of the world’s security on their shoulders. Leading cybersecurity teams. Building effective security strategies. It’s all in a day’s work, but to do the job effectively, CISOs need support and intel. That’s why we developed the inaugural RSAC CISO Boot Camp that will take place on Tuesday, March 5, and Wednesday, March 6. Learn more about the program and the application process.

RSAC College Day has been extended
Our annual RSA Conference College Day has been extended to two days: March 7 and 8, 2019. And it’s still free for current college students and 2018 graduates! Receive Full Conference access to more than 150 sessions and keynotes. Register today!

RSAC Launch Pad  
Tuesday, March 5, 4:00 – 4:45 PM, Marriott Marquis, Yerba Buena 8
Brand-new to RSA Conference, RSAC Launch Pad is a springboard for great solutions to cybersecurity’s pressing challenges. It's designed to give new talent a platform to share their brilliant industry solutions. Three selected participants will each have 10 minutes to pitch their groundbreaking products to a panel of leading security venture capitalists, including Enrique SalemTed Schlien and Theresia Gouw, for the chance to walk away with investments that could take their company to the next level.

First-Timer Programs
We've created several programs for First-Timers with Full Conference Passes to help make Conference navigation easier. With events scattered throughout the week, you can take advantage of an orientation, a networking reception, and exclusive meet-ups to help everything go smoothly.

New Track: Bridging the Gap: Cybersecurity + Public Interest Tech
Thursday, March 7, 9:20 AM – 5:00 PM
A new field is emerging—a community of people using their skills in technology to change the world for the better—the professional field of public interest technology. There is a need to bridge the gap between what technologists are trying to build and what social scientists are trying to address. Join us for an inspiring track with cybersecurity expert Bruce Schneier and over a dozen other security, civic and social sector leaders. Brought to you in partnership with the Ford Foundation.

RSAC After Hours
Blow off some steam with RSAC After Hours. Previously called the “RSAC Bash,” RSAC After Hours offers Full Conference and Discover Pass holders the chance to hang out with industry peers and colleagues in a setting of their choice. Choose one of our three unique RSAC After Hours events on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights of Conference. 

Power Pause – Mindfulness & Movement
Wednesday, March 6 & Thursday, March 7, 6:00 - 7:00 AM, Moscone West - Level 2
This event is designed for the dreamers, doers, entrepreneurs, go-getters, hustlers, and game changers. If you want to discover ways to maximize your performance and achieve greater results, this session is for you. This yoga class and meditation session is designed for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners. Wear athletic attire and show up as you are.

Seminar: Solving Our Cybersecurity Talent Shortage

This is the tsunami that we cannot escape. If we keep following our current trajectory, according to Cybersecurity Ventures, by 2021 we will have 3.5 million unfilled cybersecurity jobs, costing the world $6 trillion annually. It will take an intentional, collective effort to mitigate the impact of this trend, and we must act now. This conversation with industry leaders and talent experts provides practical steps we can take to change this trend and highlights business success realized with new approaches to building security teams.

Intro to Capture the Flag

RSAC, Women’s Society in Cyberjutsu (WSC), and SANS invites women of all experience levels to our first ever Intro to Capture the Flag. The event will be geared toward beginners, but if you are experienced with CTF we welcome you to come help out others. Gain real-life hacking experience while working collaboratively with SANS instructors, WSC members and fellow attendees to find vulnerabilities on networks. Enjoy coffee, bagels and networking, and leave with a better understanding of information security.
