In December 2014, Congress passed a number of measures to improve our nation’s cybersecurity preparedness.  Although this progress is widely viewed as a positive step, Congress continues to work on additional measures that would establish a framework to expand effective two-way information sharing between the private and public sectors, standardize breach notification. The panel consists of experts with extensive experience developing these initiatives in Congress and the Executive branch. It includes former senior decision-makers from both sides of the aisle in Congress and senior advisors from both the Bush and Obama Administrations. We will discuss recently passed cyber-related legislation and explore all sides of the current debate on Capitol Hill regarding information sharing and federal data breach standards.  And most importantly, “What Next?"
