Financial services organizations are being increasingly sued for fraud losses by their commercial banking clients. The outcome is new case law that is being used to drive security decisions with the intent of minimizing the bank's legal exposure. However, lacking appropriate experience, decision makers are unintentionally subverting the bank's ability to attract and retain clients.
