Weathering the Storm: Cybersecurity in the AI Era – Las Vegas August 2026 Registration Terms & Conditions
By registering for and/or attending the Weathering the Storm: Cybersecurity in the AI Era Event being held in Las Vegas on August 4, 2026 (the “Event”) hosted by RSA Conference LLC (“RSAC”) together with Cloud Security Alliance and Nevada Institute of Cybersecurity at UNLV (each an “Event Co-Host” and together with RSAC the “Event Hosts”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
MODIFICATION TO THESE TERMS
RSAC reserves the right to update and change any part or all these Registration Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you first. If RSAC updates or changes these Registration Terms and Conditions, the updated Registration Terms and Conditions will be posted on the RSAC website. Such changes will become effective immediately upon posting. You can determine when these Registration Terms and Conditions were last revised by referring to the “Last Updated On” legend at the top of these Registration Terms and Conditions.
REGISTRATION
In addition to the Eligibility Criteria set forth on the related Event Landing Page, all participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend the Event and all related events, including evening events, if any. RSAC may prohibit an individual from attending the Event if an Event Host determines that an individual does not meet these requirements.
Additionally, RSAC may prohibit an individual from registering for the Event if they or the company they represent is identified on certain sanctions or export control lists, is associated with a location subject to certain embargos, or is otherwise subject to certain economic and trade sanction programs. All decisions are in RSAC’s sole discretion and shall be considered final.
CANCELLATION
Please remember that canceling or changing your Event registration will not automatically cancel any hotel and travel arrangements you made. You are solely responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
The Event Hosts expressly disclaim responsibility for any and all damages, costs, fees or losses of any kind resulting (i) from any changes or cancellations made by you to your hotel and/or travel reservations, or (ii) from the cancellation or postponement of the Event. For the purposes of clarification, you acknowledge and agree that RSAC may cancel your registration at any time for convenience without any liability.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require an entry visa, you must allow sufficient time for the visa application procedure.
CHATHAM HOUSE RULE
You acknowledge and agree that certain sessions at the Event will be subject to Chatham House Rule. Specifically, you acknowledge that although you are permitted to use the information you receive in connection with such sessions, you are not permitted to and you agree not to reveal the identity or the affiliation of the speaker(s) or that of any other participant for the sessions that are subject to Chatham House Rule.
ADMITTANCE
In their sole discretion and without refund or liability, the Event Hosts reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the Event anyone that they determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the Event or any other attendee.
CREDENTIAL/BADGE CONTROL
A government issued photo ID is required to collect Event credentials/badges. Photocopies and electronic copies are not considered an acceptable form of ID. Event-issued credentials are the sole property of RSAC and must be surrendered upon demand to an Event Host.
While onsite at the Event or designated off-site activities, if any, the Event issued credentials must be prominently displayed. Badge swapping and/or sharing is strictly prohibited. Any attendee found using another attendee’s badge or loaning out their badge to another individual will have the badge confiscated and will be removed from the premises, with the other individual.
SOLICITING DURING THE EVENT
Suitcasing, outboarding, guerilla marketing, or similar marketing tactics (“Soliciting”) are prohibited at the Event. The Event Hosts reserve the right in its sole discretion to remove any individual from the Event who is reported to be Soliciting during the Event.
UNAUTHORIZED INTERCEPTION OF DIGITAL DATA
Any unauthorized effort to intercept digital data is strictly prohibited. Examples include:
- Recording any conversation without the express consent of all parties;
- Collecting electronically transmitted data without consent of the owner of that data, or
- Collecting electronically transmitted data with consent of the data owner, but under fictitious pretenses.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following technologies used when collecting data under deceptive or nonconsensual means:
- RFID/radio-frequency identification
- NFC/Near-field communication
- Bluetooth wireless technology
- Wi-Fi technology

By registering for the Event, you consent to RSAC sharing your registration information (i) with Event-Co Hosts for operational and logistical purposes relating to the Event, (including eligibility verification), and (ii) with the venue to facilitate Event access and the issuance of appropriate credentials.
Additionally, if during registration you opt-ed in to receiving marketing communications from one or more of the Event Co-Hosts, RSAC may share your registration information with such Event Co-Host(s). In such case, you will be subject to such Event Co-Host’s communications and privacy practices. If you wish to opt-out or exercise any applicable privacy rights you may have regarding these third-party communications, please exercise those rights directly with the applicable Event Co-Host.
PHOTOGRAPHY; AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
The Event Hosts have the right to take photographs during the Event and to use these photographs for marketing purposes. No remuneration will be provided for use of your image.
Photography and video/audio recording of the Event content by attendees is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained express written consent from RSAC.
CODE OF CONDUCT
You agree to adhere to RSAC’s Code of Conduct available at https://www.rsaconference.com/about/code-of-conduct as well as any other code of conduct or similar guidelines that may be applicable for a related event or required by the venue, if any. The Event Hosts will enforce this code and expects cooperation from all Event participants (e.g., attendees, speakers, sponsors, event organizers) to help promote a safe and enjoyable Event experience for everyone.
The views expressed by any Event attendee, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor are not necessarily those of the Event Hosts. All Event attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or presentations, marketing collateral, advertising, and online Web content.
FORCE MAJEURE
RSAC shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental, or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, pandemic, contagions, health crises, travel restrictions, epidemics, the availability of the venue (if applicable), or other similar causes beyond their reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of RSAC such as power grid failures, internet outages, cyber warfare, cyber-attacks, ransomware attacks, cyber sabotage, civil war, sabotage or piracy. RSAC does not accept any liability on account of unavailability, interruptions, errors, or viruses, or harmful components. For one or more of such reasons, RSAC may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Event without liability on the part of the Event Hosts. In the event the Event cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, the Event Hosts shall not be liable to attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS
By registering for and attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks and damage to property, personal injury of all types and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the Event however so caused and whether by negligence or otherwise, whether occurring prior to, during or after the Event. Further, you understand that participation in the Event and travel to and around the Event will increase your risk of, exposure to, and contraction of, communicable diseases, bacteria, agents, and viruses such as hantaviruses, or coronaviruses (e.g., COVID-19) (collectively, “Illnesses”). Regarding coronaviruses (e.g.,COVID-19) or similar viruses, you acknowledge and understand that such viruses are highly contagious and dangerous diseases that spread easily through person-to-person contact. You further acknowledge and accept that participating in the Event carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid such risks, that there is presently no known way to provide complete protection from hantaviruses, coronaviruses (e.g., COVID-19) or similar viruses, and that you could contract such a virus or another Illness even though RSAC has taken reasonable steps to prevent the risk of transmission of such viruses and/or other Illnesses. By participating in the Event, you assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless RSAC, the Event Co-Hosts and the venue, and their respective employees, agents, subcontractors, and representatives from any damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, claims, and expenses arising from any such damage to property or personal injury including the contraction or spread of Illnesses, due to your travel to, from, or participation in any aspect of the Event. This obligation is binding on you and on your successors and heirs.
MISCELLANEOUS
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Registration Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Event Hosts or their affiliates in connection with the Event, shall be governed exclusively by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York, USA, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of New York or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of New York. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action in connection with this Agreement shall be the state and federal courts of New York, New York.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To the extent there is a conflict between these Registration Terms and Conditions and any general terms and conditions on RSAC’s website(s) (e.g., the Legal Notice) or other terms and conditions that govern different products or services offered or provided by RSAC, as it relates to registration and participation in the Event, these Registration Terms and Conditions control.
