RSAC Security Scholar
RSA Conference Security Scholar connects the brightest up-and-coming cybersecurity students to leading experts, peers and conference attendees. Its goal is to share knowledge, experience and connections to enrich the discourse on how to stay ahead of cyber threats.
What is RSA Conference?
RSA Conference (RSAC), the world’s largest security conference, is an educational platform for exchanging ideas, sharing best practices and identifying future threats in cybersecurity. To enrich the conversation and identify future thought leaders, RSAC launched the RSA Conference Security Scholar program at the 25th Anniversary Conference in 2016. As the program enters its second, we will be expanding to include 20+ Schools and 60 students!
What is the RSAC Security Scholar Program?
RSA Conference Security Scholar Program occurs during RSAC and connects the brightest up-and-coming cybersecurity students to leading experts, peers and conference attendees. Its goal is to share knowledge, experience and connections to enrich the discourse on how to stay ahead of cyber threats.
When is the RSAC Security Scholar Program?
The Security Scholar Program will take place from February 13 - 18, 2017 at Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.
RSAC has selected the following leading cybersecurity programs. Stay tuned for additional schools to be added in 2017.

Security Scholar Program Overview
The scholars will begin their experience with a team-building exercise followed by a welcome reception on the Expo floor featuring hundreds of the leading corporate security companies. The second day, the scholars will enjoy reserved seating at the opening keynote, listen to industry luminaries discuss trends in the industry, participate in a learning lab on artificial intelligence and hold an open Poster Session where they will share their current areas of expertise. Their day will conclude with an invitation only dinner with leading experts in the field. Beginning on Wednesday, the students will be encouraged to attend any of the 400+ sessions available at this year’s Conference. All students will be granted a Full Conference Pass and are encouraged to attend sessions that complement their interests.
RSAC Security Scholar Poster Exhibition
We invite all attendees to join us in the Viewing Point on Wednesday, February 15th. Scholars will hold a Poster Exhibition where they will discuss and demo their work. Stay tuned for more details on how to meet the scholars.
