Why does my old Conference login no longer work?
Starting with RSA Conference 2025, we are using a new login system to simplify your RSAC experience on the Conference website as well as future applications. Because this is a new system, you will need to create a new identity.
Will this affect my RSAC LoyaltyPlus status?
This change will not affect your LoyaltyPlus status. We will work with you to make sure you get credit!
I was submitted as a proposed speaker, moderator, panelist, or facilitator and I’m being asked to confirm my participation. Why can’t I log in?
We’re using a new login system. Please create a new account using the email address where you received the notification. You will then be directed to confirm your participation. If you want to use another address for your participation, or if you’re still not able to log in, please email us.
What email address should I use to create my account?
If you created an account with us for a previous Conference, use that email. Otherwise, use your business email address. You can change it later if you change jobs.
If you’re an exhibitor, a business email is required. This email will be used for all information related to Conference, including exhibitor information, key deadlines and deliverables, and marketing-related correspondence.
I’m an exhibitor, but I can’t use my business email because my company’s security policies block some inbound communications. What do I do?
Please use the same email address you provided for access to the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC). If you need help, please email us.
I am a prospective speaker: Will all emails about RSA Conference, including speaking submission(s), get sent to the email address I use to set up my account?
Yes, this email will be used for all information related to the Conference, including speaker correspondence, the status of your submission(s), and marketing-related correspondence.
I am having issues with my account, how can I get help?
Please email us. Our team is standing by to help!
Is this system secure?
The new system is built on industry standard technologies, and we are regularly testing our implementation for vulnerabilities.
