This talk will dive into the China-based FUNNULL CDN and their infrastructure laundering techniques to steal IP addresses from western cloud providers. FUNNULL was "linked to the majority of virtual currency investment scam websites reported to the FBI" and over $200 million was lost by US victims. FUNNULL has been expanding efforts to hide their infrastructure with new front companies.
