Wherever you are in your career you did not achieve it alone. This BOF session will facilitate a discussion around the essential idea that as we progress in our careers we must also lift others up. Topics will include, but will not be limited to, mentorship, community building, asking for help, offering aid, CFP reviewing, and signs of burnout/guarding against burnout.
