This session will highlight negotiations at the UN on a new cybercrime treaty, sharing concerns around what it will criminalize and whether it may undermine other international instruments for cooperation. Representatives from industry, government and civil society will explore what’s at stake, the implications for the private sector and human rights, and how more stakeholders can get engaged.
