Nisos researchers discovered an RT-sponsored Telegram channel promoting multilingual propaganda videos about the war in Ukraine. We also found a CIB network of international Twitter accounts promoting the channel’s videos, plus additional accounts on Gab, Gettr, and TruthSocial. Our analysis offers new insights into evolving Russian TTPs aimed at bypassing platform restrictions and sanctions.
