This session will cover best practices for maturing an organization's insider threat program into an insider risk management program, addressing challenges including program scoping, stakeholder engagement, and measures of effectiveness. We will present case studies and lessons learned from over 3000 insider incidents and 20 years of building effective insider risk management programs.
