Ten years ago, we asked ourselves if cybersecurity defense was like a zombie invasion, and postulated that security metrics might be the key to survival. Now it’s 2022 and a few things have changed. In this presentation we look at the relationship between talent, performance, and risk – and talk about where security leadership can focus its attention to be as operationally effective as possible.
