Ransomware attacks have hit nearly every corner of the American economy. The Federal government has taken some important steps to combat this scourge, but this panel will have a lively debate over what else can be done to go on the offensive. Should national security tools be brought to bear? Can more be done to squeeze Russia to stop sheltering ransomware crews? Should ransom payments be banned?
